My client, a product-focused agency helping companies with design, development, and strategy, is looking for a fractional Product Manager to support a growing AI-native services company. The organization uses automation and intelligent workflows to manage complex, time-sensitive operational processes and is scaling its service operations, creating a need for strong product leadership to refine and optimize the platform.

What You’ll Do

  • Product strategy for AI-driven workflow systems (document processing, task orchestration, compliance tracking) in a regulated, time-sensitive environment

  • Experience optimization for internal service teams and specialists who use the platform daily

  • Roadmap development balancing customer-facing capabilities with internal operational tooling

  • Cross-functional collaboration with engineering, operations, and domain experts on prioritization and delivery

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of product management experience with workflow platforms, regulated industries, or high-touch service businesses

  • Experience building AI- or automation-driven products that enhance human workflows

  • Strong judgment balancing operational efficiency with customer experience

  • Comfort operating in complex, compliance-heavy domains

  • Self-directed and effective working across technical and non-technical stakeholders

  • Experience operating with significant autonomy in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
