Hi! I’m Kathleen Walsh.

Skew Talent is the formalization of all of the human capital and career coaching work I’ve done over the past decade.

I’m a salesperson, marketer, mentor, and recruiter with 15+ years of experience working at companies ranging in size from Fortune 500s to pre-seed startups. I’ve worked in entertainment/media, pharmaceuticals, startups (talent tech, fintech, fashion tech and AI) and at creative agencies.

As someone who has been on all sides of the hiring and job search process - candidate, recruiter, hiring manager, business team leader - I have a unique perspective on how the hiring process is unnecessarily painful for both companies and candidates. My goal is to make that process kinder and more straightforward for everyone involved.
